It is convenient and fast and means that you no longer need to register with countless Estate Agents and spend your evenings and weekends on the internet and traipsing around different Agents.

You make one phone call, give me your details and I will do the searching for you. A search fee will be payable up front when you register.

Within 48 hours you will receive property details meeting your criteria, followed by daily updates, or as and when new properties come on the market.

I can also carry out viewings on your behalf and will send you a full descriptive report of the property which includes information on parking, local facilities and schools etc or anything specific you would like me to look at. I will also provide photos of the property if the Seller allows. Each viewing carried out will be charged separately.

I have found from experience that, whilst Estate Agents act on behalf of the Seller, there is nobody to look after Buyers' interests. Having worked for many years in Conveyancing I will be on hand to give you impartial help and guidance, even once you have found the property you would like to buy.

This will be particularly important in June 2007 when the Government bring in Home Information Packs and Sellers will be providing title documentation and searches at the time the property is marketed. Bath has been chosen by the Government to pilot the scheme and HIPS will be introduced into the Bath market as from November 2006.
